Designed for how work happens today, CCX 400 has a familiar large capacitive multitouch screen oriented like a smartphone — reducing learning time. The phone gives you incredible audio quality with Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity. For handsfree communications, use the full-duplex speakerphone or connect a headset using the RJ9 port. CCX 400 has a USB port for a plug-and-play headset option. The phone's handset is hearing aid compatible for accessibility.
Poly CCX 400 is designed for seamless Microsoft Teams integration — provision and manage it via the Microsoft Teams Device Portal. It comes with dual Gigabit Ethernet ports for lightning-fast network connectivity. If you want to connect CCX 400 to Wi-Fi to enable wireless flexibility, Poly offers an Wi-Fi dongle (not included). Power CCX 400 via PoE or via power supply (not included).
